Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental rates in Bahraini Dinars are inclusive of:

• Unlimited Mileage/Kilometers
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess of BD 150/- upon submission of Police Report.
• Theft Protection (TP) with an excess of BD 150/- upon submission of Police Report.
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) at a claim of BD 10,000/- Per Passenger
• Personal Legal Liability (PLL) {applicable only to Mini-Bus} at a claim governed by Court of Bahrain
• Free Replacements/Loners both during Servicing/Break-downs
• Free Quick & Major services including 15 points Safety Check, Interior vacuuming & Exterior shampoo wash
• Free Maintenance
• Free Rent-it-Here Leave-it-There (RIH/LIT)
• Free Delivery and Collection , within Bahrain.
• Free Additional Driver
• All Taxes & Surcharges, if any.

AIRPORT SERVICE CHARGE / TAXES:

• BHD 3.500 Per Rental / One-Time Fee (for renting-out and closing the returned vehicle if it was hired from the downtown locations).

CHAUFFEUR SERVICE CHARGE (does not include vehicle rental rates):

Re-Fuelling Charges as per Each Level

Special Note:

• Down-payment is not required.

Very Special Note:

• Vehicles cannot be driven to any country outside Bahrain as the vehicles are not covered by the Insurance hence if the vehicles come across any damage, accident, vandalism, theft, bombing, natural destruction, etc. outside Bahrain then the customer becomes directly responsible for its complete repair & recovery cost.

Invoicing and Payment:

• At the commencement of each month, invoice will be raised and the payment can be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• Payment for the invoice can be done either through Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Vehicle Servicing, Maintenance and Damage Report:

• The first servicing on all the brand-new vehicles is recommended at 1000 Kms.
• At every interval of 5000 Kms the services will be performed on all the vehicles as to cover engine's warranty & smooth running.
• The services carried out will be the usual Oil Change, Filter Change, Exterior Water-Shampoo Wash & Interior Vacuuming plus 15 Points Safety Check i.e. Engine Oil Leak, Engine Belt, Belts, Air Filter, Power Steering Level, Power Steering Leaks, Brake Fluid Level, Coolant Leaks, Battery Check, Screen Washer & Wipers, Transmission Fluid Leaks, Transmission Fluid Level, Prop Shaft, Drive Shaft Boots, Front Brake, Rear Brake, Front Tire, Rear Tire and Spare Tire.
• Vehicles needing to be serviced can be collected and dropped back to any area as per customer's convenience.
• All the time during the servicing of the vehicle, customer shall be given a free replacement.
• Any damage occurring to the vehicle, customer is advised to immediately call 199 for the Traffic Police and inform them about the nature of the accident, give them their Driving License copy & CPR/ID Copy, obtain the Damage Report and inform our office for collecting both the damaged vehicle and report. Customer shall be given immediately a free replacement.
• If the vehicle has incurred damage that is out of normal wear & tears, not covered by warranty and the tires have been damaged either through negligent driving or on areas that could have been avoided, then the repair charges is to be borne by the customer.
